Product Information

We strive to display product colors, sizing, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product. Sizing may vary slightly between production runs.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in the store's default currency and may be converted at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any products purchased.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; transit times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How To Return

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions and a return label where applicable. Return shipping costs may apply depending on your region.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Sale items and final-sale drops are not eligible for refund.
